It seems that there is a competition going on among various Chinese manufacturers for introducing the smallest powerful PCs. After Voyo, which we have told you about few days ago, here it comes – Hongpad, which is available in the name of smart TV box.
This TV Box come PC is made compatible with dual operating systems including Windows 8.1 and Google’s Android. One can simply call it a low-power, cheap and portable desktop with slim design. This smallest PC unit comes with the following hardware specs:
- Intel Bay Trail-T Processor
- 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage
- Ports: 3 full-size USB ports, 1 micro USB, 1 micro HDMI, headphone jack and microSD card slot
The Hongpad TV Box/PC is a low-budget mini PC not only because of its low-power compact design unit but also because it will not come with activated version of Windows 8.1. Some of the manufacturers tried to sell the Hongpad with the trial version of Windows 8.1 and it is available within the price range of $70-$80.
