Acer Announced Its First AIO Chrome PC

As we, all know that Acer is the first brand, which launched Chrome OS, based Google devices including Chromebook and Chromebox. Now Acer is preparing to launch its first AIO Chrome PC called Chromebase. Though its not the first All-in-One Chrome PC idea, as last year LG has released first Chromebase already but this would be the first AIO from Acer.

This model of AIO PC from Acer is based on Google Cloud based operating system and is comprised of following hardware specs:

  • 5-inch 1,920×1080 pixel resolution touchscreen IPS display
  • NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor
  • USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports
  • Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity
  • Stereo 3W speakers
  • HD webcam

In all AIO PCs, one of the most important parts is the display unit and here in this Acer Chromebase its 21.5-inch IPS display has178 degrees viewing angle with 10-point multitouch input, so its touch response would be comparable to other advanced windows AIO systems.

Acer didn’t reveal much about the release and price of the AIO Chromebase, so stay tune to get some more news about this system.
