The Cortana will play a part of assistant that can help user to play in making web browsing easier. However, the feature of Cortana is right now only for US users, but according to the Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore: “NOT a polished, ready-for-everyone release”, and when it will release officially with Windows 10 every user can experience all the features of the fast, smooth and powerful web browser.

Moreover, Internet Explorer will become the heritage browser, which will be used to open old sites and the Project Spartan will be the regular browser with all the new advanced features and add-ons.
