What started of as a simple and inexpensive way of turning a cardboard into a virtual reality headset turned out to be no joke after all. Google admits that well over 500K cardboards have shipped and the number keeps growing.
If you have yet to get your hands on it then only you have to be blamed for it as Google has already provided a do-it-yourself kit for Cardboard making at your home which is as easy as printing the layout then tracking and cutting it on your choice of cardboard.
Or if you do not want to go into the hassle of making one, you can always jump to Amazon (details here) and order your choice of Google Cardboard VR viewer. Google has also shared its supported virtual reality app that work with the Google Cardboard plus you can find plenty more at Google Play.
