At last, Yota broke the silence and going to release its much awaited dual-screen phone at the end of this month in Europe. Yota had revealed the YotaPhone 2 in the beginning of 2014 at MWC and now the European users will be able to experience the first dual-screen phone soon.
The dual-screen features one main display at the front end, whereas the back end e-paper display is designed to show basic tasks and alerts. Except its dual-screen feature, the rest of the phone features make it a mid-range device. The hardware specs of YotaPhone 2 include:
- 5-inch 1080p AMOLED front display
- 7-inch e-paper touchscreen rear display
- Snapdragon 800 processor
- 32GB internal storage
- 8-megapixel rear camera
- 2-megapixel front shooter
YotaPhone 2 will be easily available in most of the European countries including Russia at the end of this month at price of around 495 Euros after conversion or 33,000 Rubles. Yota will be going to release it to other Asian countries, Canada and Latin America in the beginning of 2015.
