NVIDIA Unveils NVIDIA GeFore GTX 570 Video Card 1.25 GDDR5 Memory
For those serious games and testers, NVIDIA has just released their new high performance graphics card, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 video card for desktop environment. The GTX 570 has 480 CUDA cores with an impressive texture fill rate of 43.9 billion/sec.
Total available video memory on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 is 1.25GB GDDR5 which supports memory bandwidth of 152 GB/sec. Other main features in this video graphics card include support for OpenGL 4.1, Microsoft DirectX 11, and maximum VGA resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. The maximum temperatures these can sustain is up to 97 degree centigrade. These video cards consume a lot of power so it is recommended to use at least a 550 Watts power supply for your desktop computer. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 can consume up to 220 Watts of power.
The GTX 570 comes with a couple of ports including Mini HDMI, 2 x Dual link DVI plus internal audio input for HDMI. The graphics card measures 111mm x 267mm (HxL) and has a dual-slot width. It has a price of $255 which sounds like a pretty fair deal for a 1.25GB GDDR5 video card.
