Origin PC, one of the leading manufacturers of gaming desktop and notebook computers has just announced its latest creation, the EON17-S which is a 17 inch high performance and high power gaming notebook featuring the latest Intel Sandy Bridge processors overclocked up to 4.5GHz with Turbo Boot. As already mentioned above, the EON17-S gaming notebook has a 17.3 inch FULL HD widescreen LED backlit display with 16:9 aspect ratio and 1920×1080 HD resolution. The Origin PC EON17-S notebook has the 2nd generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processor overclocked to 4.5GHz with Turbo Boost. This mean gaming notebook can have up to 32GB Dual Channel DDR3 1333MHz or 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600HMz of RAM. It will sport either Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M which has 1.5GB of video memory or it will be loaded with GeForce GTX485M which has a 2GB of dedicated video memory that can handle any type of game. The Origin PC EON17-S has HDMI-out, optical drive, USB 3.0 etc. According to Origin PC, these high performance gaming notebooks will have customizable top covers and they weigh about 8.6 lbs.
