Oregon Scientific would be the first vendor who put attention towards kids gadget and going to reveal the first ever kids tablet MEEP! By keeping the every aspect of a kids at least 6 years of age the tablet design and features are solely suited for them and hence why it is called an edutainment gadget.
Looking at the MEEP tablet, it is found that the tablet is featuring the all basic need for a kid and sporting:
- 7″ touchscreen display
- WiFi connectivity
- G-sensor
- SD card slot
- Google Android operating system
The system is preloaded with lots of interesting apps for music, movies, apps and eBooks.On the other hand, the body is built with rugged material considering the nature of kids. The size of tablet is pretty generous so it would not be difficult to monitor the activity or you can easily monitor via any intuitive parental controls just like doing for a PC. Hopefully the tablet will be launched at the coming Toy Fair 2012 this week where its further details will also be disclosed.
