Motorola has also revealed the specs of coming Motorola Xoom tablet at its site which includes:

The Motorola Xoom will be available by 24th February 2011 and is expected to launch at Best Buy as its ad disclosed the availability price which is just under $800. Besides having news related to its price and launch, some other information are leaked related to its tariff plan according to that, you may need to have data subscription for one month to activate WiFi functionality while on the other hand Verizon offering 1 GB allowance for $20 per month which is extended up to 10 GB for $80.
