Jolla tablet is an upcoming tablet which is not quite out there in the market and is still in the funding process which is worth to mention here that it has already acquired well over $600,000 in crowd funding via Indiegogo and there is still plenty of time left to pile up that number.
Unlike other tablets, the Jolla tablet has its own operating system called the Sailfish OS which is claimed to be optimized for mobile computing and is very responsive. We can only confirm this when we have one of the Jollas in our hands.
The Jolla tablet has a 7.85″ IPS touch screen display with 2048 x 1536 resolution and a pixel density of 330 PPI which is quite impressive. The tablet is powered by a 64-bit Intel Quad Core CPU along with 2GB RAM. Its internal storage is 32GB plus a microSD slot to extend it further. It is a WiFi only tablet with 2MP front facing and a 5MP rear facing camera.
The Jolla tablet when commercially made available will have a starting price of $189 only.
