The Intel 330 Series SSDs were previously available in 60GB, 120GB and 180GB size but recently we just found that Intel will soon start shipping the same 330 Series SSD in 240GB size as well. For those who do not know, the Intel SSD 330 Series is equipped with 25nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips and have SATA 6.0 Gbps interface. The Intel 330 Series SSDs sport SandForce SF-2281 controller and have the ability to reach maximum read and write speeds of 500MB/s and 450MB/s respectively.
Unfortunately Intel has not yet announced the price and release date of the 240GB 330 Series SSD. So stay tuned for updates.
