Engadget Reviewed the Lenovo LePad and U1 Hybrid Dock

Lenovo is now releasing its LePad tablet with U1 Hybrid Dock in Chine before the end of this year. The tablet has dual feature of iPad and netbook which is become surprising for its customers and hence get positive reviews so far according to engadget.

The Lenovo LePad is designed with:

  • 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen
  • Front and rear cameras
  • A mini HDMI port
  • A mini-USB port
  • A headphone jack
  • Android 2.2 OS

As far as its processing uni is concerned it is still not sure that weather the tablet is powered by Snapdragon offering from Qualcomm or an NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip. It is also heard that the tablet will run on Android 3.0 Honeycomb when it will be released in US.

The LePad tablet comes with U1 Hybrid Dock which converts this tablet into netbook, this is because the dock has keyboard along with trackpad and when the tablet is slipped into the dock the whole device looks like a netbook. It can also boot up Windows, so it would become a great tablet for people who do travelling frequently can easily work through this Lenovo LePad with U1 Hybrid Dock.
