Asus has just revealed its latest entry level tablets, the ASUS MeMO Pad 10 with model ME103K. It is a 10-inch Android tablet running Android 4.4 OS and not the latest Android Lollipop which is no big deal as we might see and update for it in near future.
It is a low to mid-range Android tablet as far as specs under the hood are concerned. It has a 10-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution and 10-point multi touch support. The display support wide viewing angle which is always a plus for a tablet.
The Asus MeMO Pad 10 (ME103K) is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. Other specifications include 1GB RAM and up to 32GB of internal storage. It also has a microSD card slot. The cameras on this latest Asus MeMO Pad are a big let down with 2MP rear facing camera and just a VGA front facing camera. Battery is expected to last up to 9.5 hours which is a big plus.
European stores have listed the Asus MeMO Pad 10 (ME103K) tablet for Euros 199 only. People in the U.S. can get one from Amazon (details here).
