With news about a lot of gadgets being aired from the CES 2014 sphere, it has been found that Acer is about to announced another of its Android tablets, the Acer Iconia A1-830. The Iconia A1-830 packs a 7.9-inch LED back-lit IPS display and is just 8.15mm in thickness which makes it super slim to handle with ease.
The new Acer Iconia A1-830 Android Tablet is powered by Intel Atom Clover Trail+ Z2560 1.6GHz dual core processor along with 1GB RAM. The tablet has an onboard storage of 16GB plus users will be able to add up to 32GB of microSD card storage. The new Acer Iconia tablet delivers rich sound with its dual speakers. The rear camera can even record full 1080p HD video while the front facing camera is also capable of recording 720p video.
According to Acer, the Iconia A1-830 Android tablet will have a battery life of up to 7.5 hours and due to its slim profile and large onboard storage, it will turn out to be a better option when it comes to portability. According to the source, the new Acer Iconia A1-830 Android tablet will start selling in the U.S. in Q1 2014 for $179.99 only.
