After getting FCC approval, Samsung SPH-D600 4G smartphone is now joining Sprint Now Network. The phone is designed to support networks including CDMA/EvDO and 4G WiMAX. FCC hasn’t unveiled the specs and features of the SPH-D600 smartphone but some sources have clamed that the phone will be the Gingerbread 4G Sprint phone.
As per leaked specs the new Samsung smartphone consists of:
- 1GHz Qualcomm processor
- 320 x 480 HVGA display
- Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, GPS, and WiMAX connectivity
- 3.1-megapixel camera
- QWERTY slider akin
The is phone has a “ticker” of Sprint on the screen which clearly shows that the phone will support by the sprint carrier but still no more information is received about the price and its release date.
