Huawei now starts targeting the budget market of China by introducing Honor 3X and 3C. The Honor series would be the great challenge for the Xiaomi which is the pioneer in producing the ascend smartphones. Huawei announced its new Honor series android smartphone 3X and 3C with the slogan of embedding dual-SIM slots.

As far as price and availability is concerned, Honor 3X is priced at CN¥1,698 or about $280 off-contract whereas the Honor 3C is priced at CN¥798 or about $130 (1GB RAM) and CN¥998 or about $160 (2GB RAM).
