Samsung Announces High Performance Dual-Core Mobile Processors
Samsung has just announced its new dual-core mobile processor named as Orion aimed at improving user experience of advanced mobile applications such as multimedia, multitasking etc. The new Samsung mobile processor is dual-core having 1GHz ARM Cortex A-9 based technology.

The Samsung dual-core mobile processor Orion is aimed to target mobile devices such as smartphones, tablet devices, netbooks etc. Samsung has designed this new Orion processor based on consumer demands who can hardly compromise on multimedia experience specially while they are on the move. The Samsung dual-core Orion processor is a high performance as well as low power mobile processor which carries advanced multimedia features such as 30 fps of video playback as well as recording at 1080p HD resolution.
The new Samsung Orion processor contains enhanced graphics processing unit (GPU) which is meant to deliver 5 times better 3D graphics than the previous Samsung processors. The new dual-core Samsung mobile processors will be releasing in Q4 2010 and will be made available to select customers.
