Garmin has just released two more Forerunner series GPS watches, the Forerunner 210 and the Forerunner 410 GPS watch. We have seen in the past many other GPS watches from Garmin, Forerunner 305 and Forerunner 405 being two of the top selling. You can expect more or less the same features in the new GPS watches along with some enhancements.
The Garmin Forerunner 210 and 410 have the same speed, distance, calories, heart rate and other parameter measurement capabilities. Plus these have the capability to upload the entire data to your computer and share with other athletes and also use it for performance assessment. The other Garmin watches were slightly bulky in design but the Forerunner 210 and 410 have a very compact design and they do not look like GPS watches. They have very smart power saving feature which automatically shuts off the GPS functionality and extends battery life from 8 hours to 2 weeks.
Both the Forerunner 210 and 410 have rechargeable batteries and are water resistant so you can easily wear these during the rainy season. The Garmin Forerunner 210 and 410 are available for prices of $299.99 and $324.99 respectively.
One response to “Garmin Unleashes Forerunner 210 and 410 GPS Wrist Watches”
The 210 really is simple to use. I have been using one for about three weeks now and now only has is not crashed or frozen (woop woop!) but it is a pleasure to run with.
