Sony has now turned its face toward the eastern part of the world by making an announcement of Sony Xperia Neo L for the Chinese market. Sony has released the Xperia Neo last year and now it comes with addition of letter “L” with a model number MT25i in the name in China.
The specs for the Xperia Neo L is kept same as 2011 model i.e.

- 1GHz single-core Snapdragon MSN8255 processor
- Adreno 205 graphics
- 512MB of RAM
- 5MP camera capable of 720p video recording
- VGA front facing camera
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS
