Good news for RIM’s users that it has recently introduced a new BlackBerry Concept phone which could knock-off the iPhone. Since Apple iPhone sale has been totally taken hold over the entire smartphone market, RIM’s BlackBerry were seem to wipe out from the scene. But RIM’s took a deep breath and now started working on a new BlackBerry Blade Concept design.

The BB Blade is entirely different with the previous designs, it is made out of aluminum and acrylic complete with Gorilla Glass at the front to give stunning smart look. It is a swipe style BB concept with sharp edges and slightly curved at the center, also there are some fixed buttons at bottom of the moveable touchscreen panel alongwith a trackpad. While the rest of configuration is set as:

  • 4.5″ AMOLED display with 720p resolution
  • 1.5GHz quad-core processor
  • 12-megapixel rear camera with Full HD video recording
  • 5-megapixel front VGA camera
  • MicroHDMI, MicroVGA or MicroUSB ports
  • microSD memory card slot
  • BlackBerry 10 operating system

In addition with above features it will also come with HTML5 and Adobe Flash support. As far as connectivity is concerned it would be the 4G LTE enabled phone for fast data access. PixeCarve has presented this new BB Blade concept design, nothing is coming from RIM’s side about this concept, we are still waiting to see when this will start shipping and how much it will cost?
