The new 4G smartphone from Pantech has been spotted at the CES 2012 by the name Pantech Burst smartphone. The Pantech Burst Smartphone will be Pantech’s first 4G (LTE) supported smartphone aimed at the cost conscious phone buyers. The Pantech Burst phone is running Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS and has a 4” Super AMOLED display. The Pantech Burst phone is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and will be having 16GB of internal storage which can further be increased via its microSD card slot. Other features include 5MP rear facing camera that can also record HD videos @ 720p, front facing camera for making video calls, WiFi, Bluetooth, 1650mAh battery etc.
As per released info, the new Pantech Burst 4G (LTE) Android phone will be made available via AT&T with a 2-year contract at only $49.99 which is pretty cheap for a 4G supported smartphone.
