The era of flip phones is far from over as news hit the air that Samsung is all set to release its latest Flip phone, the Samsung SCH-W2013 which is another Android smartphone. According to the info available, the Samsung SCH-W2013 will be a quad-core smartphone with 1.4GHz processor and dual-AMOLED touchscreen displays, one on the inside and the other one accessible without flipping the phone. Other features of this new Samsung Flip smartphone include 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, mciroSD card slot, dual-SIM slots, 8MP rear camera and a 1.9MP front facing camera for video calls. The device will of course be running Android 4.0 out of the box.
Two other interesting aspects of the Samsung SCH-W2013 smartphone are that it is currently set to be released in China with no news of it being released in other regions and that it will have a starting price of 18,000 Yuan which can go all the way up to 20,000 Yuan which roughly translates to about $3200 for which one can buy plenty of expensive electronic gadgets.
