HTC finally announced its Ultimate Social Phone FIRST with promising social features never found in any other smartphones. The HTC First comes with a Facebook Home Experience which is the most prominent feature, it allows user to get facebook updates in real-time on their device’s home screen, double tap to “Like” a photo, swiping notifications and chat features.
Besides the above mentioned Facebook Home integration, HTC First is not built with some other extraordinary features and include the same like any other today’s smartphones. The hardware specs of the HTC First include:

- Qualcomm MSM8930 1.4Ghz dual-core processor
- 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage
- 5 megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash with 4X digital zoom and 1080p HD video recording

- Connectivity: NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE and WiFi a/b/g/n
- mobile hotspot for up to 8 devices
- 2000 mAh non-removable battery with estimated talk time of 14.3 hours and a standby time of 18.2 days
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS
HTC First supports only AT&T’s LTE network so it is now available on Pre-orders at price of $99.99 in four colors, black, white, red and pale blue, and will be available on all AT&T stores from April 12th. An UNLOCKED version of HTC First is also available at Amazon (see details).
