The ZTE Open is the new Firefox OS smartphone that has just started shipping through eBay. For those who do not know, the ZTE Open is a 3G ready smartphone running Firefox OS out of the box.
The ZTE Open or the Firefox OS smartphone packs 3.5″ touchscreen display with 320 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1 GHz Cortex-A5 processor along with 512MB storage and 256MB RAM.
The ZTE Open phone has a 3.1 MP rear facing camera. Other features include A-GPS, WiFi, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card slot etc. Through Firefox Marketplace, users will be able to download compatible apps and get connected with their friends and family.
