Just two weeks ago Vodafone UK started taking orders for the BlackBerry Pearl 3G phone and now the BlackBerry Torch 9800 is available at Vodafone UK online shop on pre-order with expected arrival data to be the first week of October 2010. Earlier, the phone also became available in the U.S. via AT&T. BlackBerry Torch 9800 phone is an all in one touch screen plus slider phone featuring a full QWERTY keyboard and has the new BlackBerry 6 OS.
The BlackBerry Torch features a 3.2 inch touch-enabled display with 360×480 pixel resolution. It has the conventional BlackBerry optical trackpad. Blackberry Torch has a 35-key QWEERTY backlit slide-out keyboard which makes messaging even more comfortable than the previous models. This BlackBerry phone is powered by a 624MHz processor.
