Archos 53 Platinum is a high end yet not very expensive Android smartphone recently announced by Archos. It has a 5.3 inch IPS touchscreen panel with 960 x 540 pixel resolution. It is a 3G smartphone with dual-SIM support. The Archos 53 Platinum smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Quad-Core processor. The phone has 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage along with microSD card slot. Other features include gravity sensor, proximity sensor, light sensor, GPS, FM etc. It has an 8.0 MP rear facing camera and a 2.0 MP front facing camera.
The Archos 53 Platinum Smartphone will be running Android 4.1 OS out of the box and is available unlocked at a retail price of about $249.99 only.
