Acer is going to join the Windows Phone 7 Mango Family as it has revealed at Computex its W4 Handset powered by latest Windows Phone Mango version. Microsoft has introduced its Windows 7 update last month and then manufacturers like HTC and Acer started to join Microsoft.
The hardware specs are based on the operating system hence the specs are designed by both manufacturer and developer. Acer W4 WP7 Mango phone is designed with:
- 3.6-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen
- GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 SoC
- 8GB storage
- 5 megapixel camera with AF and flash
- DLNA support
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and 850/1900 or 900/2100 HSPA support
Besides having these features, the main feature of the phone is its latest Windows operating system. Still information regarding its price and availability are yet to come until then enjoy the photo shots of the phone took at Computex 2011.
