Olympus has just announced its latest addition to high definition camcorders, the LS-20M HD camcorder which is a lot more than just an HD camcorder as it is also capable of recording PCM stereo audio at the same time. Some of the main features of the new Olympus LS-20M HD camcorder have been highlighted below.

As per released information by Olympus, the LS-20M HD camcorder has 4x digital zoom, 4.1mm auto focus lens along with two condenser microphones for capturing rich sound. The Olympus LS-20M camcorder also has a 2 inch color LCD display along with a 1.46 inch display for displaying data such as time, battery, audio levels etc. Users can transfer recorded media to computer and other devices via its USB port. There is also HDMI port for playing recordings on HDTV.
The new Olympus LS-20M HD camcorder also has in camcorder editing features and special effects such as sketch, pinhole, rock, pop etc. It is also equipped with low-cut filter that automatically removes background noise and other low-frequency sounds.
The Olympus LS-20M HD camcorder plus PCM audio recorder will be made available in June 2011 for a price of $299.99 only.
