Point of View has just introduced its latest edition to the line of 600 series GTC GPUs, the GeForce GT 680 BEAST graphics card. According the a recent press release from Point of View, the new GeForce GTX 680 BEAST GPU features 6+8 pin power connector due to higher power requirement. It has a GPU clock of 1162MHz with Boost clock up to 1280MHz and with more power there is more heat generated that needs to be taken care of. For keeping the GTX 680 cool, it has been provided with triple slot/ triple cooling fan system. The GPU features 2GB GDDR5 memory with 256-bit interface.
