Razer has announced yet another gaming tool, the Razer Tiamat 7.1, which is world’s first 7.1 surround sound gaming headset for hardcore gaming folks. According to the press release by Razer, the Razer Tiamat 7.1 has a total of 10 discrete drivers, 5 for each ear cup. There is also 1 subwoofer and the center of each ear cup making it a total of 2 subwoofers for the Razer Tiamat 7.1 gaming headset. These have padded leather cushions so that your ears do not hurt during hours and hours of intense game play. The Razer 7.1 surround sound gaming headset also features noise-cancelling microphone that assists in producing virtually noise free sound. The Razer Tiamat 7.1 surround sound gaming headset will be made available by the end of 2011 (Q4) for a price tag of $179.99 only.
