Sanyo has just announced about its large venue projector, the PLC-HF15000L which produces brightness of 15,000 ANSI lumens and that is the highest level of brightness so far in large venue projectors having similar class. Sanyo states that to be able to achieve such high levels of brightness, the PLC-HF15000L uses a four lamp array.
The new Sanyo PLC-HF15000L projector has the picture-in-picture as well as picture-by-picture capability. It has a high resolution 2K inorganic LCD panel which has longer life plus the projector uses Sanyo’s exclusive QuaDrive technology which helps in producing thousands of hours of FULL HD resolution run time with superior color schemes.
The Sanyo PLC-HF15000L supports “Active Maintenance Cleaner” that extends filter life up to 12,000 hours and thus keeping maintenance cost low with improved reliability. The new Sanyo projector is designed for medium to large venue presentation setups. The Sanyo PLC-HF15000L large venue projector is scheduled to be released in Dec 2010 with a manufacturer suggested retail price of $44,995.
