World's Thinnest Honeycomb Tablet

Toshiba has recently shown of its latest android tablet at IFA which is claimed to be the world’s thinnest Honeycomb tablet. Toshiba AT200 measures 1.1mm thinner than the iPad 2 and 0.1 mm slimmer than the next thinnest competitor the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, thus it is also claimed as the lightest tablet ever with 550g.

Toshiba At200 comes with latest honeycomb version 3.2 and is featuring lots of advanced specs including:

  • 10.1-inch (1,280×800) multi-touch display
  • 1.2 GHz TI OMAP 4430 dual-core processor
  • 1GB RAM and 64GB flash storage
  • 2MP front facing camera
  • 5MP rear camera
  • Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity
  • microSD card slot
  • microUSB and microHDMI port

The new Toshiba android tablet can be easily connected to any USB hard drive or flash drive and playback music or videos. Initially Toshiba AT2000 will be available during the fourth quarter of 2011 in Europe, till then watch the first hands-on video at recently held IFA.
