As spotted by Engadget, Woow Digital will be releasing their own version of Woow Tablet powered by the dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip and running the unpredicted Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS. Remember that the Woow tablet will not be the only one powered by the Tegra 2 chip as there are a couple more already sporting the dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip; Toshiba Folio 100 and HANNspree tablet being two of them.
The Woow Digital Android tablet will sport a 10.1 inch touch screen with maximum supported resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Other than the Tegra 2 chip, the Woow tablet features 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage space, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G support and as already mentioned above, it will be running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system which unlike many previous Android versions will have support for Flash 10.1 and will provide enhanced multimedia experience on the move.
The WooW Digital Android tablet will initially be released in Japan for an approximate price of $500 and will then be available in other regions including Europe, US etc.
