Western Digital has just released the 1TB version of its Scorpio Blue HDD. The best part about these 1TB HDDs is that these are now shipping in 9.5mm high size which makes them ideal for use in notebooks and other portable devices. The new Western Digital 2.5 inch 1TB Scorpio Blue HDD has a 5400 RPM speed and an 8MB cache. Remember that there is already a 750GB version of the same Scorpio Blue HDD already available for quite sometimes and it is always a nice ideal to get a couple hundred more gigabytes for just a few more bucks.
