SpringBoard Tablet another Addition To T-Mobile 4G Network

Like Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 T-Mobile is also going to introduce another slate with its 4G Network; the SpringBoard Tablet. T-Mobile has revealed the specs of this tablet at the CTIA 2011 where the presenters showed of its features in detail.

For those who weren’t present at the CTIA show, we let them know that the T-Mobile Springboard Tablet sporting:

  • 7-inch HD touchscreen display
  • 1.2GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor
  • 5-megapixel rear camera capable of recording HD video up to 720p)
  • 1.3-megapixel front facing camera
  • HDMI output
  • Up to 32 GB microSD card slot
  • HSPA+ connectivity (marketed as 4G)
  • Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system

Besides the above hardware specs, the tablet is preloaded with lots of useful applications including Blio eReader, MobileLife Family Organizer, Slacker Radio, and TeleNav GPS Navigator. In addition with these, it also a full entertainment device as it provides access to BLOCKBUSTER on Demand, Netflix, and T-Mobile TV. T-Mobile hasn’t reveal much about its price and availability but rumors said that it will come under $200 and be made available during the winter holiday season.
