We have seen the likes of Trim Slice Mini computers but this time Sapphire has come forward and expanded its existing line of mini PCs with the new Sapphire EDGE HD2 mini PC which is powered by a dual-core 1.8GHz Intel Atom processor along with a handy NVIDIA ION 2 GPU that has 512MB of video memory. Other features of the new Sapphire EDGE HD2 mini PC include 2GB of DDR3 RAM, a 320GB HDD, Wi-Fi, Ethernet etc. It consumes no more than 65 Watts and only weighs 530g. Dimensions of EDGE HD2 are 19.3 x 14.8 x 2.2 cm (LxWxH). Ports on this mini compact PC include, RJ45, VGA, HDMI, USB 2.0, headphone jack etc. Users have a choice of Operating systems. They can either have FREE DOS or Windows 7 pre-installed. The price and exact release date of the Sapphire EDGE HD2 mini PC is expected to be revealed soon.
