Mushkin has announced Catalyst Cache line of SSDs which according to our source, will be made available in 50GB and 100GB sizes. The Mushkin Catalyst Cache SSDs will have SATA 6.0 Gbps interface and will be powered by SandForce SF-2200 series controller. The new Mushkin SSDs will have MTBF of 2 million hours and will reach maximum read and write speeds of up to 550MB/s and 515MB/s respectively.
