Intel Going to Release x86 Version of Android 2.2 Froyo

Recently Intel is going to launch Android 2.2 Froyo port for x86 Atom architecture in this summer. This will be one of a great achievement of Intel to combine both Intel hardware and Google Operating System for tablets and netbooks.

According to the Intel’s senior VP for software and services Renee James, the idea is successfully going to be completed in the next two months and it would not be troublesome for the engineers. It is also made clear that it can be accessed by other Android developers as complete (x86) codes are fed back into the open branch that will be created for x86.

This latest creation of Android Froyo with Intel x86 architecture will hopefully allure the manufacturers of netbooks and tablets.
