Just before Christmas holidays IN Media Corporation has revealed a 10” Windows 7 Tablet which Nick Karnik, CEO of the company claims that it is not just any tablet that plays media and serves as an e-book reader. Most of the specification of this new 10” Windows 7 tablet resembles the configuration of most of the netbooks released in the first half of year 2010. The IN Media Windows tablet is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom processor.
As already stated above, this is a 10” Windows 7 tablet and it has a fully functional Windows 7 Operating system running with multi-touch user interface. The device has a 160GB hard drive which is plenty of space for storing large media files and plenty of other data. The IN Media Windows 7 tablet of course supports flash as demonstrated in the above video and seems like a decent tablet in terms of response time, appearance etc.
The IN Media Windows 7 tablet is scheduled to be shipped in Asia and U.S. in Q1 2011 for a retail price of $399.
