Huawei has just unveiled the world’s first 7-inch Android 3.2 tablet, the Huawei MediaPad tablet, powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor and plenty of impressive set of features that are meant to get a lot of attention from tablet lovers. Some of the main features and specifications of the new Huawei MediaPad tablet have been highlighted below.

The Huawei MediaPad tablet is running Android 3.2 OS and according to our records, this makes the Huawei MediaPad the world’s first Android tablet running Honeycomb (Android 3.2) OS. It has a 7 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display and a full HD 1080 video playback capability. It has a front 1.3 mega pixel and a rear 5.0 mega pixel camera as well. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI out, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, GPS etc. The Huawei MediaPad supports 3G connectivity (HSPA+ 14.4MBps) too. It is just around 10mm thick and has a very simple yet stylish design.

There has been no word spread about the price of Huawei MediaPad Android 3.2 tablet but it is expected to be released in Q3 2011 in US.
