HP has just announced a few Windows based tablets one of which is the HP Pro Tablet 408 G1. The HP Pro 408 G1 is considered to be an entry level yet enterprise grade tablet running Windows 8.1 operating system out of the box.
Just like previously announced HP Windows tablet, the Pro 408 G1 is also powered by Intel Atom processor along with 2GB DDR3 RAM. This tablet has some storage space i.e. 64GB and a microSDXC card slot to add more as well. The display is 8″ IPS touchscreen with unknown resolution but our guess is it would be 1280 x 800 pixels.
The HP Pro Tablet 408 G1 comes with a 2MP front facing and 8MP rear facing camera with LED flash and auto focus capability. This Windows tablet has micro HDMI as well as micro USB port. Other features include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and office 365 Personal edition subscription on selected models.
There is no news on price and release date for the HP Pro Tablet 408 G1 so stay tuned for updates.
