Getec has just announced of what is speculated as the world’s most compact and robust Android tablet, the Getec Z710. The Getec Z710 features full rubberized shell casing along with Gorilla Glass display touchscreen that supports LumiBondTM technology which means that users with gloves will have no problem navigating with its capacitive touchscreen. To keep thing even more protected inside, the device has been made compliant to IP65 rating.
Some of the main features of the Getec Z710 tablet include WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, 5MP camera etc. The device will run Android 2.3 out of the box and is expected to be released in Europe very soon with a price tag of about £709 only.
