Buffalo has just introduced a new NAS server, the Buffalo TS5600D, which is a 6-bay network attached server. The new Buffalo NAS server is powered by a 2.1GHz Intel Atom dual-core processor along with 2GB DDR3 RAM. The server has all bays set for SATA hard drives and as for the interface, the new Buffalo NAS has 2 x USB 2.0 ports, 3 x USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, support for multiple RAID setups etc. The Buffalo TS5600D NAS server is expected to start shipping in August 2012 at the following price.

All the above prices include the optional storage drives. Users can also purchase the Buffalo NAS server without storage drives and install their own drives.
