ASUS has just released its latest creation, the ASUS Tough 7 inch Android tablet, running Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) with model TOUGH-ETBW11AA. Apart for the usual features and specifications of a tablet device, the ASUS Tough tablet has been made to withstand water and dust and you can use it at swimming pools, beach as well as dusty environments such as deserts. The ASUS Tough has a rubberized bezel and handy textured appearance across the back which will allow the device to survive accidental drops. The ASUS Tough 7 inch tablet has a display resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Other features of the ASUS Tough tablet include 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Bluetooth, GPS, 5.0 MP digital camera etc. The tablet is currently released in Japan.
