Acer has just announced its latest addition to the line of Google Chromebooks, the Acer Chromebook C720-2848. The new Acer Chromebook is powered by Intel Celeron processor which is based on Haswell’s micro architecture.
The Acer Chromebook C720-2848 has a 11.6-inch display with 1366 x 768 resolution. It has 16GB SSD along with 2GB RAM and up to 100GB of free Google Drive online space for a few years. The device just weighs about 1.25kg and gives a battery time of up to 8.5 hours which is a big plus.
Other features of the new Acer Chromebook include WiFi, HDMI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, webcam etc. The Acer C720 Chromebook is available for $199 at Amazon (see details) and at several other online and offline retailers.
