The recently revealed Acer HD (high definition) netbook, the Acer AO522 is now available on Amazon on Pre-Order for more or less the similar price tag as that of the previously released Acer AO521 HD netbook. Currently it has an ETA (estimated time of arrival) of 1-3 weeks but hopefully it will arrive soon.

The Acer AO522 netbook is a 10.1” HD netbook is powered by AMD C-Series APUs, formerly called “Ontario”. These are designed specifically for providing supreme HD (high definition) multimedia experience. The Acer AO522 HD netbook only weighs 2.87lbs. Its other features include AMD A50M Fusion Chipset, 1GB DDR3 memory, 250GB SATA hard drive (5400RPM), multi-in-1 media card reader, Wi-Fi etc. This Acer AO522 HD netbook also has a 1.3MP camera along with 3 x USB 2.0 and an HDMI-out port.
