A-Data has just added another of its product to the line of SSDs, the A-Data Enterprise SSD SX1000L. According to the source, the new Enterprise level solid state drives by A-Data will be made available in 100GB and 200GB sizes in 2.5″ form factor. These solid state drives pack MLC NAND Flash memory chips. These SX1000L SSDs will be able to achieve read and write speeds of up to 560MB/s and 340MB/s respectively. These SSDs will have SandForce SF-2281 controller and will comply with SATA 6.0 Gbps interface speeds. The A-Data SX1000L Enterprise SSDs will have MTBF of 1.5 million hours.
Unfortunately there is no information on release date and price but since the A-Data SX1000L SSDs are Enterprise level SSDs, the price will not be very low. See details by clicking here.
