Spotting at Panasonic booth during CES found an interesting scene that representatives from Panasonic showed off their waterproof camcorder HX-WA2 by dropping it in aquarium that is 3meters deep and is also the maximum depth limit for the camera.
The camcorder looks pretty cool in aquarium and looks like a diver travelling under water. The HX-WA2 can shoot images and capture video of high quality in any conditions including under water. The specs show:
- 14 megapixel sensor
- Intelligent 15x zoom
- Active electronic image stabilization
- HD video recording
- HD Writer VE2.0 software
Still no word on pricing but it was mentioned the availability and price will be disclosed just before 30 days from the release day.
